योगेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि भाजपा नेताओं की जेबी संस्थाओं से खट्टर सरकार को मिलने वाले प्रमाणपत्र झूठ के पुलिंदे हैं । भाजपा नेताओं की निजी संस्थाओं की ओर से मनगढ़ंत सर्वे रिपोर्टों के आधार पर हरियाणा सरकार की ओर से किए गए वादों का गुणगान किया जाने लगा है।
स्वराज इंडिया के अध्यक्ष योगेन्द्र यादव ने भाजपा के एक सांसद की संस्था की ओर से खट्टर सरकार को वादे पूरा करने वाली सरकार बताने वाला सर्वे जारी करना जनभावनाओं का अनादर बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वे के नाम पर खट्टर सरकार को लोकप्रिय बताने का खेल राज्य की जनता के साथ धोखा है जो बीते पाँच साल से सरकार के वादे पूरे किए जाने की इंतज़ार में बैठे हैं ।
उन्होंने कहा कि खट्टर सरकार को अधिकतर वादे पूरे करने का प्रमाणपत्र देने वाली संस्था ‘पब्लिक पॉलिसी रीसर्च सेंटर’ नामक संस्था की तटस्थता पर इसलिए ही सवाल उठ रहे हैं क्योंकि इसके निदेशक विनय सहस्त्रबुद्धे भाजपा सांसद हैं। उनका खट्टर सरकार को 96 प्रतिशत चुनावी वादे पूरा करने का सर्टिफ़िकेट देना संस्था की प्रमाणिकता पर सवालिया निशान लगता है जबकि राज्य भर में जनता सरकार की वादाखिलाफ़ी के विरुद्ध खुलकर आवाज़ उठा रही है।
योगेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि रिपोर्ट में सर्वे के आधार पर दावा किया गया है कि अच्छे प्रशासन के चलते खट्टर सरकार ने लिंगानुपात के अंतर को कम कर दिया और बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ के अभियान को कामयाब किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सच्चाई यह है कि खट्टर सरकार पिछले पाँच साल के कार्यकाल में हरियाणा ‘गैंगरेप कैपिटल’ के रूप में बदनाम हो गया है. पिछले पाँच साल के दौरान राज्य भर में महिलाओं के प्रति अपराधों में ढेड़ गुणा बढ़ोतरी हुई है जो सर्वे करने वाली संस्था के दावों को झुठलाती है । बलात्कार के अलावा महिलाओं के अपहरण के मामले भी बढ़ कर दोगुने हो गए हैं। बीते तीन साल में ही महिलाओं के प्रति अपराध 43 प्रतिशत बढ़ गए हैं।
स्वराज इंडिया के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजीव गोदारा ने चुनावी वादे पूरे करने में सरकार की नाकामियों को उजागर करते हुए कहा कि 2014 के चुनावी घोषणा पत्र में भाजपा ने राज्य के दो विश्वविद्यालयों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर विकसित करने का वादा किया था। इसके उलट स्थिति यह है कि राज्य में स्कूली शिक्षा भी ख़त्म होती जा रही है.
गोदारा ने ‘असर’ संस्था की रिपोर्ट का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि खट्टर सरकार के कार्यकाल में 146 सरकारी स्कूल बंद हो चुके है और 4.87 लाख बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों से बाहर हो गए हैं। सर्वे के आँकड़ों के मुताबिक़ हरियाणा में 55 प्रतिशत बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों से निकलकर प्राइवट स्कूलों में चले गए हैं।
सरकार के एक और चुनावी वादा पूरा करने के दावे के झूठ को बेनक़ाब करते हुए गोदारा ने कहा कि बारहवीं पास और ग्रैजूएट बेरोज़गार युवकों को हर महीने क्रमशः 6000 और 9000 रुपए मानदेय दिए जाने का वादा धराशाही हो चुका है। राज्य में बेरोज़गारी का आलम यह है कि ताज़ा आँकड़ों के मुताबिक़ राज्य में बीस लाख से अधिक ग्रैजूएट बेरोज़गार हैं और नौकरी पाने की जद्दोजहद में जान गँवा रहे हैं।
गोदारा ने कहा कहा कि सत्ता में आने से पहले भाजपा ने राज्य में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए दिल्ली के AIIMS जैसे दो स्वास्थ्य संस्थान बनाने को चुनावी वादों में शामिल किया था । उस वादे का अंजाम भी बाक़ी वादों की तरह हवाई वादा बन कर रह गया. अब हालात यह हैं कि राज्य में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का बुरा हाल है।
उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुधारना तो दूर, सरकार ने लोगों के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ करते हुए राज्य में शराब की नदियाँ बहा दी है. राज्य में शराब की खपत ने पिछले सारे रिकार्ड तोड़ दिए हैं. बीते वर्ष के आँकड़ों के मुताबिक़ प्रदेश में शराब की खपत 22 करोड़ लीटर से बढ़ कर 32 करोड़ लीटर से भी अधिक जा पहुँची है. शराब की इतनी खपत से गाँवों में सरकार का भारी विरोध हो रहा है. महिलाएँ शराब के ठेकों के आगे धरने दे रही हैं. स्वराज इंडिया महिलाओं के इस अभियान में उनके साथ खड़ा है।
स्वराज इंडिया के प्रदेश महासचिव दीपक लाम्बा ने कहा कि किसान हितैषी होने का झूठा वादा करके सत्ता हथियाने वाली भाजपा की खट्टर सरकार ने किसानों से किया एक भी चुनावी वादा पूरा नहीं किया. किसान फ़सलों के एमएसपी के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने किसानों के साथ किए गए सरकार के झूठे वादों की पोल खोलते हुए कहा कि सरकार के एक-एक दाना ख़रीदने के दावों के उलट पिछले साल राज्य के कुल बाजरा उत्पादन का मात्र 26 प्रतिशत ही सरकारी एजेन्सीयों ने ख़रीदा। बाक़ी फ़सल किसानों को औने-पौने दामों पर आढ़तियों को बेचना पड़ा।
लाम्बा ने कहा आगामी 21 अक्टूबर को हरियाणा की जनता खट्टर सरकार की कारगुजरियों के झूठे दावों को धराशाही कर देगी।

Terming the performance certificates issued to Khattar government by the so- called NGO conducting pre-poll surveys as bundle of lies, Swaraj India national president Yogendera Yadav has criticised the way state government for its desparation in seeking propaganda via such unauthentic reports.
He said such baseless surveys are an insult to the feelings of the general public which has been betrayed by the BJP-ruled state government by not honoring the promise made in the election manifesto before 2014 legislative elections. He said the organization’ Public Policy Research Centre’ which has issued a ‘performance report’ to the Khattar government is run by Vinay Sahastrabuddhe, who is a BJP MP in Rajya Sabha.
“The report has certified that 96 percent of all poll promises have been fulfilled. The report is far away from reality as there is a clear resentment and anger among the general public for the betrayal. Yadav said the reality of today’s Haryana is that the sex-ratio in most of the district is far below the national average but the crime against women has risen manyfolds. Haryana, now, is being known infamously as ‘gang rape capital’. There is 43 percent rise in crime against women since 2016.
Rajeev Godara, state president, Swaraj India termed the performance report is exactly the opposite to the ground reality. He mentioned that BJP in its election manifesto in the year 2014 had promised to upgrade atleast two universities to the international standard. The reality is that 146 government schools in the state has been shut because of lack of infrastructure leaving 4.87 lakh students in the lurch and forced to shift to expensive private schools.
Another lie that has come to fore is the promise made to the educated unemployed youths. BJP in its manifesto had promised a stipend of Rs 6000 and Rs 9000 per month respectively to under-grads and graduates. However, the reality is that there were 20 lakh unemployed in the state out of which 15 lakh appeared in the written exam for mere 4600 clerical posts.
BJP has also failed to establish two AIIMS like health setups in the state. State of health services are in bad shape and the government is adding worried to the woes by selling highest ever quantity of liquor in the state. Alcohol consumption in the state has increased from 22 crore litres to 32 crore litres during the last fiscal. The government has turned a blind eye to the resentment and protests being held in rural areas against the opening of liquor vends in villages.
Swaraj India’s Haryana general secretary Deepak Lamba criticised the government for not fulfilling the promises made to the farmers. Khattar government failed to procure bajra crop at MSP rate. Despite the tall claims, state agencies only procured 26 percent of the total bajra production in the state. He said voters are all set to teach government a lesson for its betrayal on poll promises and will pay back in the same coin on 21st October.
